How to Not be a Complete Slug During Finals Week.

So the onslaught is about to begin. With that, everyone is going to be telling you to typical study techniques. While that is all fine and well, I thought I would provide a crash course on success for all of you out there; first years and beyond. First off you should know that eight hours of sleep should your best friend. If it isn’t then you need to fix this. Getting at least eight hours of sleep a night is crucial to your success. When stress and responsibilities are picking up, it is really important to take care of your health. oops my nursing major is showing… In all reality though, a good nights sleep will keep your immune system in fighting condition, and will allow you to work harder during the day. The next thing I would like to stress it to organize and prioritize all your upcoming work. By getting your assignments and studying work organized and sorted out, you will be able to determine when to focus on certain things. Lastly I would like to say that while it is really stressful to deal with all of the things happening during finals, you should not let them take you over. It can be really hard to deal, but just remember that everyone around you is dealing with the same things. So they can help you get through it. In conclusion, do not over stress but know that finals are a big deal and can not be taken lightly.
