As classes wind down in these last couple of weeks everyone is a little stressed out. Between finals, classes, working, and moving out of the dorms everyone is looking for a way to de-stress while getting everything done. One thing that is getting lost in this end of semester shuffle is working out and taking care of ourselves. Working out is a great way to de-stress your body while also clearing your head so you can finish up final projects and go into exams with a clear head and refreshed body. Here are some tips on how to sneak in a workout during finals.
- Try a group class: The new Gassett Center offers a variety of group workout classes at varying times and days. From Zumba to Yoga and everywhere in between a group class is a great way to de-stress while having fun.\
