The time has officially come where you can partake in one of the biggest events on Salem States campus!
Urban Arts Theater (UAT) is a student run organization that is a sister organization to other organizations on campus, such as LASO and MSA.
Every year UAT puts on a student-run play that always has a crazy cool concept!
In the past, plays have consisted of story lines of social justice, societal standards, and they all involved the ARTS!
UAT consist of spoken word, dance, step, music, and theater! Throughout the play UAT emerges both acting and the arts to bring an awesome concept to life!
BUT, there is a big secret! We cannot tell you what the play is about quite yet, but come audition so you can be a part of the big reveal!
School can be hectic and you may have an interest in performing, but cannot do it all the time! WELL, here is your chance to be involved in a great production with great people all while having fun!
Last years team welcomed me with open arms as I got involved with assisting and made life long friends! So come join us this year and lets make some new memories!
Bring some comfy clothes and be ready to perform (open to all students) in the Presidential Room in the Ellison Campus Center:
NOVEMBER 29th from 8-10 PM
